Products may be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided they are unused. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

How long does it take to get my products?
We ship all orders directly from Shanghai, China. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after your purchase is confirmed and payment has been successfully verified.

(18.5 × 10 × 8/4.5 cm) is a regular version recommended mainly for dry kibble with a small amount of fresh food, suitable for all life stages of small dogs and medium-breed puppies.
Size L
(20.5 × 11 × 8.5/5.5 cm) is a slow-feeding version suitable for all life stages of small and medium-sized dogs and large-breed puppies, and is recommended for homemade cooked diets.

Keep the bowl away from dogs when not in use, as damage caused by chewing is not covered by after-sales service. Since the bowl is made of plastic with rubber parts, it is not suitable for steaming, microwaving, or oven use; dishwasher compatibility has not been tested.
