Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to hygiene and safety considerations for pets, we follow a strict policy to avoid cross-contamination between animals.
Products may be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided they are unused. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How long does it take to get my products?
This collection is available as a limited pre-order. Pre-orders are open for a limited time and all items are produced in small batches based on total demand.
Estimated shipping: 6–8 weeks after your order is placed.
Please note that pre-order items require additional production time before shipping. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.
We ship all orders directly from Shanghai, China. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after your purchase is confirmed and payment has been successfully verified.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, or possible delays caused by the shipping carrier.
